At Chronyxx, we value your trust and want to ensure a fair and transparent experience for every customer. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns on Damaged Items Only We accept returns only in the case of items that arrive damaged or broken. If you receive a product in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.
Proof of Damage Required To process any return or refund request, valid proof of damage is mandatory. This includes clear images or a short video showing the defect or breakage at the time of unboxing. Requests submitted without sufficient evidence will unfortunately not be entertained.
Customer-Caused Damage Please note that Chronyxx is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or negligence on the part of the customer. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
No Warranty As our products are wearable items, they do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. The condition of every product is carefully verified and checked before dispatch. Any wear and tear, scratches, or damage that occurs after the item has been received by the customer falls outside the scope of our return policy.
How We Assess Damage Our team will carefully review the evidence provided and assess whether the damage occurred prior to or during delivery. Our decision, made in good faith, shall be considered final in this regard.
Approved Returns — Product Return & Refund Process In the event that your return request is approved, please note the following:
- Depending on the nature of the case, you may or may not be required to physically return the product. Our team will inform you accordingly.
- If you are asked to return the item, you will be required to securely pack the product and drop it off at the courier company specified by us. Kindly ensure you use only the courier company we direct you to.
- All original items must be included in the return package — this includes the product itself, all original packaging materials, any free gifts received with the order, and any accessories. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
- The product must be packed in the same manner as it was delivered to you. Please take care to replicate the original packaging as closely as possible.
- Any negligence in packing, missing items, or failure to follow the return instructions may result in the forfeiture of your right to a return or refund. No exceptions will be made in this regard.
Refund Timeline Once your return has been reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on the circumstances of the case and the payment method used. We appreciate your patience during this process.
