Shipping Policy

At Chronyxx, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following terms governing the shipment of your orders.

Complimentary Shipping At present, all orders placed on Chronyxx are eligible for complimentary shipping, regardless of order value or quantity. Please note that this arrangement is subject to change at the sole discretion of Chronyxx, and shipping charges may be introduced in the future without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Redelivery Compensation In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer — including but not limited to unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel — a redelivery compensation fee of PKR 350 may be levied prior to or at the time of redelivery. This fee is non-negotiable and is intended to offset the logistical costs incurred as a result of the failed attempt.

Advance Payment Requirement Chronyxx reserves the right to request an advance payment of PKR 200 at its discretion, based on the nature, total value, or item quantity of an order. This advance may be requested as a delivery confirmation fee or as a security deposit to validate the authenticity of the order. The amount paid in advance shall be deducted from the total payable amount at the time of delivery via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Suspicious or Unverifiable Orders In circumstances where an order is identified as potentially fraudulent, unverifiable, or otherwise suspicious in nature, Chronyxx reserves the right to request an advance payment equivalent to a reasonable percentage of the total order value. This advance shall serve as a confirmation of intent and will be adjusted against the final COD amount payable upon delivery. Chronyxx's determination in such matters shall be considered final.

Non-Refundability of Advance in Case of Failed Delivery Please be advised that in the event of a failed delivery attempt — where the customer is unable or unwilling to receive the order — any advance payment made shall be deemed non-refundable. Each failed delivery attempt results in direct costs to Chronyxx, including but not limited to packaging materials, printed flyers, and courier charges, amounting to no less than PKR 550 per attempt. Accordingly, the advance paid shall be retained by Chronyxx as compensation for such costs, and the customer shall forfeit the right to claim a refund of the said amount.

Policy Amendments Chronyxx reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
